About the role:

Platinum Education Services helps adults across the UK access fully funded university degrees. We're looking for a results-driven recruitment professional who thrives on performance and sales.

This role is phone-based, target-focused and comes with high earning potential. You'll be speaking to warm leads, qualifying them, and guiding them through the first steps of applying to university.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 70+ outbound calls per day to warm leads
  • Qualify candidates and convert leads into completed applications
  • Hit daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes
  • Liaise with internal teams to move applicants forward

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven success in recruitment or telesales.
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced sales role
  • Experience with UK student recruitment (home students) is a bonus
  • Must be able to easily commute to our Oxford office – this is not a remote role
