What you'll be doing:

  • NO COLD CALLS - ONLY WARM INBOUND LEADS
  • Student Support:
    Be the first point of contact for students, answering all enquiries related to academic programs, extracurricular activities, and life at university. Your goal? Help students thrive in every aspect of their university experience.
  • Proactive Outreach:
    Take charge of calling all prospective students who have shown interest in our programs. Your aim is not just to inform but to inspire and excite them about their future at university.
  • Target Driven:
    You will have clear KPIs and targets set for you. We are looking for someone who is hungry to achieve and exceed these goals – your hard work directly translates to your earning potential. The more you put in, the more you'll earn
  • Student Success:
    Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events to ensure students feel supported every step of the way. You'll help them navigate their academic journey with ease and confidence.
  • Provide Expert Guidance:
    Offer guidance on managing their time, improving study skills, and handling stress, ensuring they are set up for success both academically and personally.
  • Be the Expert:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in student support services, social media, and relevant industries, making sure you can offer top-notch advice and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Record Keeping & Collaboration:
    Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress with students, collaborating closely with other team members to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery.

Pay: £25,500.00

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay from £40,000 - £100,000 per year
