ABOUT THE ROLE:

Get ready to be at the heart of the action In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you'll be the engine that powers our Sales Team. From building relationships with customers, architects and contractors to keeping our CRM in top shape, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.

You'll handle daily communications, track projects, negotiate orders, prepare accurate quotations, and make confident outbound calls as a proud representative of Kingspan. Every day brings something new - collaboration with internal teams, project updates, research, forecasting, and plenty of opportunities to shine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you'll handle incoming enquiries and build strong relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and main contractors, while confidently making outbound calls to gather information and update Salesforce. You'll prepare accurate quotations, follow up on opportunities, negotiate orders, track projects, and carry out Glenigan research. Working closely with the external Sales team and internal departments, you'll help

  • maximise sales and ensure smooth operations.
  • You'll also process orders and credit notes, provide
  • holiday cover for colleagues, meet your KPIs,
  • and operate in full compliance
  • with ISO standards and Kingspan's
  • Compliance Management System.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - ideally manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Glenigan and Salesforce experience (a bonus).
  • Strong computer and data input skills.
  • Team-player mentality with a track record of achieving results together.
  • Highly organised with exceptional administrative abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex projects under strict deadlines.
  • Calm, professional, and courteous - even during busy periods.
  • Hard-working, committed and always ready to take initiative.
  • Great problem-solving skills and a positive, resilient attitude.
