What you’ll be doing Building and growing relationships Acquire new business clients who will benefit from our proven marketing and design services. Nurture and grow an existing portfolio of satisfied clients. Build genuine rapport and maintain relationships. Identify revenue opportunities and help clients maximise their investment. Managing the client journey Use our CRM systems to track opportunities, manage and develop relationships. Respond promptly to inbound leads and quotation requests. Oversee customer orders from initial conversation through to delivery. Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional client service. Championing the business Represent us at face‑to‑face meetings and networking events. Be an ambassador for our brand and our clients’ success stories. Develop new business relationships across the local area. Take ownership of revenue growth within your client base. What you will bring Genuine passion for businesses and helping them grow. Exceptional communication skills – you can talk to anyone. Confidence and professionalism in all business interactions. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities. IT proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems – full training provided). Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Full driving licence and own car. Ideal but not essential Previous sales, business development, or account management experience – strong advantage. Background in advertising, media, or publishing.
