**Job Purpose**
- A role has become available for a Customer Sales & Export Order Processor in the Shared Services, Customer Service Department, specifically order processing & export documentation administration. The job holder will work closely with both Karro sites and external warehouses, and the core tasks are raising and releasing orders, creating and processing export documentation, amending information in SAP and communicating with Customers and Account Managers.
- As the job holder will be often working independently, the most important skills required are self motivation and the ability to take ownership of issues. If you are someone who enjoys a challenge and taking responsibility, then we would like to hear from you.

With a team of over 3,000 people across 11 sites in the UK, including **Pinney’s of Scotland **based in Annan and **Macrae Foods** based in Livingston and Fraserburgh, we work in long-term partnership with our customers to provide responsibly sourced fish to the consumer.

Young’s has over 200 years’ experience in the Seafood market and uses more than 30 species which are sourced from 5 continents. Our team takes products from conception through to production and prepares over 300 million seafood dishes for the UK consumer every year inspiring people to eat fish twice a week.


**Key Accountabilities**
- Inputting, collating and amending information in SAP
- Creation of export documentation
- Checking data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Processing orders using SAP and other systems as appropriate
- Filing of paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying problems and raising these with appropriate colleagues
- Liaising with all necessary internal departments and customers to communicate key information

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Self motivation and drive, with the ability to take ownership of issues
- Good computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain good, accurate records
- Strong people skills, with an ability to listen to and communicate with others
- Ability to work under pressure at times
- An open attitude, flexibility and willingness to take on additional roles
