Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Import & Export Coordinator to join a well-established engineering company in Malton.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of import and export operations ensuring goods move smoothly in and out of the business while maintaining compliance and accurate documentation.As Import & Export Coordinator youll play a key role in managing all aspects of imports and exports supporting the business in meeting compliance standards and providing additional administrative support to the production team when required.Some of the Import and Export Coordinator duties are: Ensuring compliance and correct clearance of imports and exports in line with company and customer procedures while maintaining accurate recordsLiaising with the sales team on sales orders and delivery informationPreparing and checking delivery paperwork against customer purchase orders and specific requirementsOrganising and arranging shipping and collection of goodsSupporting Goods In and Goods Out processes ensuring correct quality controlCarrying out initial inspections of goods received including purchased rented or client-supplied itemsProviding ad hoc administrative support to the production teamTo be successful for this role you must: Have knowledge of customs proceduresHave experience managing import and export operationBe experienced in using Microsoft systems including Outlook Word Excel and AccessIdeally have familiarity with Business Central and Customer Engagement (training will be provided)This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 2:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break earning a salary between 28000 and 33000 depending on experience.If youre looking for a role where you can take ownership of import and export processes while supporting a successful engineering company wed love to hear from you.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Access,Business Administration,Airbus,ETL,Information Security,Lorry Driving Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
