Trading Coordinator

The Trading Coordinator - Commodity Sales is responsible for supporting department priorities and driving Trading processes to deliver best in class Trading Department. A varied role, with close working relationships with Sales, Planning, Technical & finance.
**Key Accountabilities**
Daily & Weekly Price checking for Trading Department across Malton & Cookstown
Work with Technical and Production to manage end to end New Product & Specification set up
New Customer Account Set Up (sales & procurement)
Organise customer sample requests
Proactively coordinate and present outstanding claim information for Trading Department; PODs, Price Discrepancy for traders to make ruling
Collate product / pallet information at Trader’s request for distribution to customers e.g. date code life
Support on Information requests from both Internal & External stake holders
Maintain Trading Customer Directory; contact information, business summary etc
Offer aged and over run product to known purchasers in UK, ROI, EU
Offer weekly / monthly pricing to established distributive customers

**Qualification**
Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Business
Understanding of commercial FMCG environment
Effective data collection and analytical skills
Computer - Microsoft; database management
