We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior sales negotiator who is hungry for progression. We will nurture your current skill set and build on this, working towards becoming a Branch Manager in the future and leading your own branch to success.

James Winn - Thirsk form part of The Castledene Group, which consists of 10 sales and lettings branches across the Northeast and continues to grow faster than any other agent in the area.

What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit an experienced and competent Senior Sales Negotiator who is able to work alongside our fantastic team at our Thirsk office.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in the estate agency industry, with a strong background sales and building/ nurturing client relationships.
As a senior negotiator you must have aspirations and a natural flair for sales.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who will be responsible for helping
to drive a busy sales and lettings branch , a proven track record is a must being able to a secure new business and meet targets.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be target driven, have a flexible approach and a positive can-do attitude.

A day in the life of a Senior Sales Negotiator
- You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team
- You will Drive and motivate your team
- You will have a keen eye on driving new business initiatives
- You will actively prospect for new business
- You keep track of figures regularly and strive to exceed KPI's*
The job is subject to suitable references.
The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday as well as one Saturday in three, from 9am -1pm. Duties:
- Negotiate and close sales
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Generate leads through various channels, such as online platforms and referrals
- Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and prices
- Coordinate property appraisals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
