**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Field Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for promoting all our services and benefits to the customer and maximising sales through face-to-face visits and telesales.
- Manage an existing customer portfolio and target new business in accordance with depot targets.
- Work with the Depot Manager to retain and manage all customers and sites within an agreed sales area.
- Achieve revenue growth against depot budget and reactivate dormant accounts.
- Complete weekly planners and call reports and complete and update account management, site sheets and quote records.
- Carry out site surveys as required aiding the customer in selecting the appropriate machine for the task.
- Build effective customer relationships, exceed customer service and expectations and resolve any customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.

The key skills and qualities of a Field Sales Representative are:

- Demonstrate a successful sales track record in the rental sector.
- Customer focused and possess excellent administration and organisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate face to face and on the telephone and be computer literate.
- A full Category B driving licence is essential.
