Field Service Engineer – NCAir As a Field Service Engineer at NCAir, your mission is to contribute to the company’s profitability by providing professional and efficient service of air compressors and ancillary equipment. Key Responsibilities Promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines. Effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment, field and workshop based. Carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment. Carry out install of new equipment and pipework. Identify required parts to effect repairs. Complete job reports correctly and return in a timely manner. Plan and organise daily and weekly visit schedules as required. Take part in the on‑call rota. Maintain test instruments, ensuring they remain in good condition. Ad‑hoc tasks as required. Punctual and professional in appearance. Pass on leads to help generate sales and ad‑hoc. Effectively promote the MultiAir UK Compressor company image. Qualifications Experience repairing and servicing at least some of the following equipment: compressors, dryers, N2 systems, pumps. Good knowledge of the compressor industry, self‑motivated, able to work individually and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills, PC literate & hold a clean driving licence.
