London, Greater London, United Kingdom Lounge Full time £60,000 - £80,000 per year

The Indigo Lune team is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of our early-stage Shopify store. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing brand from the ground up. You'll be responsible for everything from building a new Shopify site, shaping product and customer experience, to owning the tech stack and driving growth.

We're not looking for someone to just manage an online store. We want someone excited to own it, scale it, and build out the digital engine that powers our business.

Indigo Lune is Lounge's sister brand and an exciting start-up making waves in the jewellery world. Vibrant, dynamic, and fast-growing, we're on a mission to become a leading name in the industry. From statement rings and chic necklaces to elegant bracelets and unique hand chains, we pride ourselves on crafting jewellery that truly stands out. As a smaller, closely-knit team, Indigo Lune offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the future of the brand.

As a smaller, closely-knit team, Indigo Lune offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the future of the brand. This is a standalone and key hire for us, you'll have full ownership of our e-commerce strategy, website performance, and digital operations, helping define how Indigo Lune delivers a best-in-class shopping experience and scales sustainably.

What you'll do at Indigo Lune:

  • Take full ownership of the Shopify store, from performance to design to conversion.
  • Plan, build, and launch a new Shopify site that reflects our brand and product roadmap.
  • Work closely with our outsourced development and UX agency.
  • Manage apps, integrations, and backend configurations within the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Work closely with product, design, and content teams to manage product launches.
  • Ensure seamless product presentation, navigation, and site usability.
  • Oversee product setup, collections, tagging, and inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns (email, paid social, SEO, affiliates).
  • Leverage data to optimise customer acquisition and retention.
  • Own and evolve the e-commerce tech stack, including apps, third-party tools, and custom solutions.
  • Implement and manage integrations with CRM, analytics tools, fulfillment systems, etc.
  • Identify and test new technologies that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, LTV, ROAS, etc.).
  • Set up dashboards and tracking systems to ensure visibility across performance metrics.
  • Use insights to inform product, UX, and marketing strategies.

We'd love it if you have:

  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce management, ideally in DTC or Shopify environments.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing an e-commerce store from early stages.
  • Deep knowledge of the Shopify platform (themes, Liquid, apps, integrations).
  • Strong understanding of UX, conversion rate optimisation, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tools in an e-commerce stack.
  • Self-starter, problem-solver, and excited to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Why you will love it here:

You'll be part of a small, ambitious team where your ideas and input have a real impact. Every day is different from optimising the website and analysing performance to launching new product drops and improving the online customer journey. We're a collaborative, fast-paced brand with big ambitions, and this role gives you the freedom to innovate, experiment, and help define Indigo Lune's e-commerce growth from the ground up.
