The Role:
We're seeking a strategic Enterprise Senior Account Executive / Manager to grow and strengthen our largest global client partnerships. This fully remote role (with occasional travel) blends strategic account management with relationship-led growth, working closely with CHROs, senior HR leaders, and C-suite executives.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and deepen engagement with our largest enterprise accounts
- Leverage relationships across subsidiaries, affiliates, and strategic partners
- Act as a trusted advisor delivering tailored, impact-focused proposals
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in enterprise account management, growing existing accounts in leadership development, executive coaching, or training programs.
- Strong record of growing revenue within existing accounts.
- Strong track record and comfortable building and managing relationships with C-suite executives
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and consultative selling skills
