The Role:

We're seeking a strategic Enterprise Senior Account Executive / Manager to grow and strengthen our largest global client partnerships. This fully remote role (with occasional travel) blends strategic account management with relationship-led growth, working closely with CHROs, senior HR leaders, and C-suite executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and deepen engagement with our largest enterprise accounts
  • Leverage relationships across subsidiaries, affiliates, and strategic partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor delivering tailored, impact-focused proposals
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise account management, growing existing accounts in leadership development, executive coaching, or training programs.
  • Strong record of growing revenue within existing accounts.
  • Strong track record and comfortable building and managing relationships with C-suite executives
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and consultative selling skills
