Build Your Future in Events This role provides a clear, structured entry route into the international events industry – perfect for graduates, career changers, or anyone starting their professional journey. You’ll begin in business development, learning how world‑class exhibitions are built. As you progress, you’ll have opportunities to move into event management, coordination, operations, or senior commercial roles based on your strengths. Full training is provided from day one. What You’ll Be Doing Researching and identifying high‑potential exhibitors and sponsors Contacting prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualifying leads and generating interest in our international events Booking meetings and passing leads to senior sales executives Supporting wider sales and marketing campaigns Gaining exposure to event operations, planning, and commercial strategy Progressing over time into event management or coordination roles Who We’re Looking For Curious, proactive, and eager to learn Confident communicating over the phone and in writing Excited by business, entrepreneurship, and global events Resilient and motivated in a target‑driven environment Based in or near Bristol and able to work full‑time from the office What You’ll Get £25,000 – £28,000 base salary Uncapped commission with Year 1 OTE of £45,000 – £55,000 Top performers earning £60,000 – £80,000+ Full sales, commercial, and events training Rapid progression into event management or senior commercial roles Opportunities for international travel to major global events Supportive, energetic team environment Regular team socials, incentives, and performance rewards How To Apply If you’re based in Bristol and looking to start a meaningful career in business development with a clear pathway into event management, we’d love to hear from you.
