If you’re a natural relationship-builder, commercially sharp, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you.**What You’ll Do*** **Shape the market:** Build and execute go-to-market business plans with focus partners.* **Drive growth together:** Align with Sales Leadership and AEs to unlock demand and deliver on shared targets.* **Empower partners:** Lead enablement activities, from sales training to technical workshops.* **Build trust at the top:** Create strong executive alignment with partner stakeholders.* **Maximise opportunities:** Forecast accurately and hold partners accountable to agreed goals.* **Deliver impact:** Manage budgets, design joint marketing plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a best-in-class partner experience.**What You’ll Bring*** Demonstrable technology sales or channel sales experience, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity.* Proven track record of managing strategic partner relationships and driving revenue.* A strong grasp of the partner ecosystem and competitive landscape in your region.* Experience building GTM strategies and running full deal cycles from qualification to close.* Confident communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging at all levels - from sales reps to C-suite.* Organised, proactive, and a team player who thrives on accountability and results.* Experience with cloud solutions (SaaS preferred), plus a good understanding of email/network infrastructure.At Mimecast, you’ll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact - not only on our business but on how organisations everywhere defend against cyber threats. When we grow, you grow.*The on-target earnings (OTE) salary range for this position is £112,000 - £168,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
