Channel Account Manager Europe – Matterport (London) We are looking for an ambitious, highly‑motivated channel salesperson to drive channel sales and grow the Matterport digital twin ecosystem across Europe. Overview CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) owns Matterport, a leading spatial computing platform that turns buildings into data. In partnership with channel partners and value‑added resellers (VARs), we help customers accelerate building lifecycle operations from planning and construction to operations and marketing. Responsibilities Deliver quarterly channel sales targets for SaaS and services. Build, forecast, and manage the partner pipeline, ensuring accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with corporate goals. Develop quarterly business plans with partners, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with partners and key stakeholders; serve as the main point of contact for assigned channel partners. Provide training, tools, and sales enablement to Partners, including SFDC, CPQ, and PRM support. Deliver sales and technical presentations, demos, and workshops to Partners via web and on‑site methods. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing to execute channel programs and campaigns. Monitor partner sales performance, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy; analyze data to uncover growth opportunities. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market shifts; share partner and market feedback with internal teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Excellent English and German written, verbal, and presentation skills. 6+ years of channel SaaS sales experience across EMEA. Proven track record achieving 100%+ channel quotas (SAAS, ACV). Experience working in SaaS Technology with clients in Commercial/Residential Real Estate, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Travel & Hospitality, or Construction. Familiarity with value‑based solution selling using ROI and MEDDPICC methodology. Travel to the region for co‑selling and partner business planning.
