We deliver innovative, award-winning services to the public and private sectors and our mission is to make people and places the best they can be.This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.About The RoleAs part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Workforce Planning – Shift allocation, staff attendance monitoring, sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and in cases of absence or sicknessStaff Welfare – Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the fieldIncident Reporting – Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procedures as necessaryData Management – Collating and processing staffing data, as requiredThe Ideal Candidate Should Meet The Following CriteriaMust have the Right to Work in the UKProactive, responsible, and reliable, with the capability to lead a team of employeesAble to interact and influence both front-line colleagues and management to ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilledStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, listen, support, and communicate effectivelyWilling and able to work a mix of days and nights on a 4 on 2 off rotaSuccessful candidates will also be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)How To ApplyIf you are interested in joining a business that encourages professional development, career progression and the chance to work with inspirational people then please click apply and register your interest You can also sign up to our job alerts when registering which will notify you when other suitable vacancies are available.We are an equal opportunities employer and rely on a diverse workforce with a broad range of knowledge, skills, and backgrounds to deliver our goals.
