Our continual drive to innovate, while encouraging sustainability, ensures we remain at the forefront of the industry, and is demonstrated in our long-standing relationships with major energy providers in multiple countries.ResponsibilitiesPrepare a resourced programme, including reviewing the outcome for conformance with expectations and requirements.Contribute to the risk register and undertake programme risk analysis.Prepare visual material in aid of planned methods.Manage personally controlled project documentation in an orderly fashion.Provide a link between all parties regarding the planning community informationDefine methods and establish outputs, in consultation with the estimator and other team members, including the supply chain in appropriate circumstances.Liaise with the design engineer to establish a design brief for temporary works.Provide the estimator with a justified schedule of temporary works and other indirect cost items.In consultation with Estimator advise project team of required feedback reports and support.QualificationsExperience within a Planner role.Experience within Civil Engineering / ConstructionUse of planning software (P6, Asta, TILOS, QSRA).Active experience of working with a wide range of planning techniques in serving both tendering and contract delivery.A clear understanding of the commercial and contractual interfaces with the planning function.Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Project and P6.Benefits27 days holiday, plus bank holidays with the option to buy an additional 2 days holiday each year, holidays increase with length of serviceDiscretionary annual bonus and annual salary reviewAbove market rate contributory pension schemeLife assurance, health screening and enhanced sick payEnhanced maternity and paternity pay and a maternity returners bonusExtra weeks holiday for all employees getting married and a wedding bonusSubsidised canteen facilities in core locationsDedicated and continued investment in your professional developmentOther Murphy benefits include retail discounts and cashback, discounted gym memberships, cycle to work scheme etcAbout MurphyMurphy is formally recognised as a sector leading employer, Gold Investors In People accredited along with reported operating profit up 57% on prior year.
