Lusona Consultancy has a new opportunity to join their well-established client as a Project Planner based in the outskirts of Glasgow. You will collaborate with a team of experienced planners and liaise with various stakeholders to contribute towards global projects within a specific area of the business. This will allow you to understand the project from start to finish by developing MS projects schedules, as well as providing progress reports and analysis.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining a MS Project baseline schedule, including progress and reporting formats.
- Developing and maintaining data summary dashboards using Power BI.
- Communicating with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and necessary reports where required.
- Reviewing the performance of updates, scheduling and planning that will aid the analysis of results.
- Pulling together scenario plans to analyse events or potential issues that could exist throughout the project.

Applicants will have:

- Previous experience of project planning
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project (advantageous, but not essential).
- Analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work towards often conflicting deadlines.
