This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.
**About The Role**:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- **Workforce Planning** - Shift allocation, staff attendance monitoring, sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and in cases of absence or sickness
- **Staff Welfare** - Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field
- **Incident Reporting** - Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procedures as necessary
- **Data Management** - Collating and processing staffing data, as required
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Proactive, responsible, and reliable, with the capability to lead a team of employees
- Able to interact and influence both front-line colleagues and management to ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, listen, support, and communicate effectively
- Willing and able to work a mix of **days and nights** on a 4 on 2 off rota
