**Role Overview**
We are currently recruiting for a Security Controller Workforce Planner to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Glasgow.
Postcode: G52 4JQ region.
This is a four on four off working rota, including weekends and public holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Workforce Planning - Shift allocation; Staff attendance monitoring; Sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and in the case of absence or sickness.
- Staff Welfare - Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field.
- CCTV Monitoring - Observing cameras from across our national sites for intruder detection purposes.
- Incident Reporting - Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procures, as necessary.
- Data Management - Collating and processing staffing data, as required.
**About You**:
- **_ Applicants must have the right to work in the UK_**:
- A proven track record in workforce planning or recruitment is highly desirable.
- Experience working within the Security industry would be highly advantageous - the experience of working in a control room environment would be of particular interest.
- Agile and effective in responding quickly to situations.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to work strategically and think one step ahead will be essential.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Word & Excel.
- SIA License is essential.
