Senior Channel Partner Account Manager The Sigma Partnerships team is hiring for a Senior Channel Partner Account Manager in our London office. This role is pivotal in growing Sigma’s services and channel ecosystem across EMEA. You will comprehensively manage all go‑to‑market activities with a portfolio of services and channel partners and report to the Director of SI Partnerships. What You Will Be Doing Partner Recruitment & Management: Design and execute GTM activities for a portfolio of SI and resell partners in priority EMEA regions to generate revenue for both Sigma and partners. Field Alignment: Coordinate partner co‑selling and re‑selling with Sigma AEs and sales managers, and recommend services partners for customer engagements. Partner Solutions: Work with partners and the Partner Engineering team to build vertical and horizontal solutions that combine Sigma and partner IP to accelerate sales cycles and achieve specific business outcomes. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SI partner executives and employees, including regular communication and joint marketing/sales campaigns. In‑Market Presence: Represent Sigma at relevant industry events to maximize brand equity as a partner in the BI & Analytics ecosystem. Cross‑Functional Requirements: Work with Legal, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement to define scalable resell channel requirements. Sales Enablement: Deliver local enablement to SI and resell partners to build channel sales capacity. Required Qualifications Experience in SI or resell partner management within the Enterprise SaaS industry. Strong sales DNA and a passion for continuous improvement to differentiate Sigma and create new opportunities. Team player who supports and works with internal and external teams. Proven ability to build partner‑executive relationships. Deep interest in the Modern Data Stack and cloud ecosystem. Adaptability and builder’s mentality in a fast‑paced startup environment. Willingness to travel across EMEA up to 25‑50% in some months. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge and experience in the BI/Analytics software industry. Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery partner ecosystems. Experience using Sigma, Salesforce, Crossbeam, and Gong in partner contexts. Professional services or consulting experience, particularly at a global system integrator.
