**The Company recruiting for the Sales Development Representative**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this tech start up company as they look to scale the business. Aiming to be a major disruptor in their sector, their unique tech product is looking to revolutionise the purchasing/buying patterns within the constructionand building sector. Boasting a strong entrepreneurial senior leadership team who have a proven track record of growing and scaling tech start up business this is the perfect time to join the commercial sales team. **The Role of the Sales Development Representative**:
Reporting to the head of sales, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in an appointment setting role and truly impacting the growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:

- Handle incoming enquiries as well as self-generating your own business leads
- Present solutions, book meetings with prospective clients across multiple sectors
- Brief the more experienced salespeople on the scope, needs and challenges ahead of pre booked prospective meetings
- Be a brand ambassador for the company in all dealings with prospective clients

- Ideally have a degree or be from a business background with a real interest in sales, tech, IT, digital marketing, and social media
- Possess an excellent level of written and spoken English
- Be a real team player and have the ability to work independently
- Have great communication skills and able to think on your feet
- Have a real passion for detail and be naturally curious
- Possess self-drive/motivation, career ambition and a real can-do attitude

**The Package for the Sales Development Representative**:

- £30,000 - £33,000 basic salary
- OTE £15,000 first year (Uncapped)

- 25 days holiday plus stats
