**Commercial Cancellations and Retention Specialist**

**Location**:Fareham

**Salary**:Up to £27,000 + Commission (£5,000)

**The Company**

We are working with an established insurance broker in the Fareham area who is currently going through a period of growth. Due to this, they are looking to add to their team of customer Retention Team.

**The Role**:

- Act as a first line of defense to cancellations with understanding and objection handling of the client's requirements or needs.
- To maximize the recovery of outstanding debt with customers within a reasonable timeframe and to streamline the process to improve recovery rates.
- Help to process cancellations when they are unable to be saved within a sufficient time frame.
- To work alongside the sales team, to help process cancellations and replace quotes as efficiently as possible.

**The Required Skills**:
Ideally Debt Recovery experience or Strong Customer Service Skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proactive mindset with the ability to work individually and as part of a team
