**Your new company**Our client a well-known organisation based in Fareham are seeking a Senior Commercial Administrator to join their busy team. This is a busy and varied role with full time hours Monday to Friday based in Fareham with salary paying upto £32,000.
**Your new role**
As a Senior Commercial Administrator you will undertake a varied role working closely with the commercial managers and commercial director providing a strong administration support service. Day to day you will:

- Lead a small team of administrators
- Undertake a range of general administration tasks including data input and data management - including updating and creating reporting and collating market and commercial information
- Act as project lead for departmental projects
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by creating and monitoring efficient and effective processes
- Work closely with supply chain and marketing teams

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Strong administration skills with excellent data administration and management
- Good understanding of Excel at intermediate level
- Experience managing a small team
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, able to handle multiple workloads and work flexibly in line with changing business focuses
- Commercial and analytical mindset
