**Customer Service / Sales Manager - What will I be doing?**
- You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Customer Service/ Sales and Support Consultants to deliver exceptional end to end customer service.
- You will be coaching the team daily working closely with each consultant to help them to perform to their best potential.
- You will lead morning meetings to steer the team for the day and hold regular one to ones with team members.
- You will need to jump on the phones and speak with customers in busy times and will deal with escalations, staff travel and anything where a consultant needs your assistance.

**Customer Service / Sales Manager - What experience do I need?**
- It is essential that you have recent experience of leading a team of travel consultants whether this be within a travel agency or a tour operator or a call centre.
- You will be bringing passion and positive energy to the environment, inspiring and supporting your team to perform to their potential.
- You will be obsessive about delivering the best possible service and understand that sales come through giving an incredible experience to the customer.

**Customer Service / Sales Manager - What else do I need to know.**
**This is currently a Monday to Friday role with occasional Saturdays when required. You would need to be based in the office 4 days a week with one day at home. The salary is £25k - £30k plus monthly bonus and some amazing benefits**.**You will start with 25 days holiday a year - this rises to 30 days after 5 years with the company. There is the option to 'buy' additional holiday leave. Pension scheme and life assurance.
