**Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor**:

- ** Salary**:Starting salary** **£21,730 pro rata + unsocial hours allowance (annual salary approximately up to £25,000)

Full training will be provided for this position, the initial training will take 3 weeks.

**Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor**:

- Undertaking a clinical assessment of patients over the phone
- Dealing with distressed patients and relatives
- Responding to life threatening conditions
- Maintaining positive working relationships with other health care providers and emergency services
- Assisting the organisation in meeting national targets by ensuring all emergency calls are answered within guidelines

**Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor**:

- You must be extremely empathetic due to the nature of the role
- Experience working within a customer services environment
- Strong communication skills and experience of using a telephone in a work environment
- Experience using computerised systems
