Berry Recruitment have a new opportunity available for an administrator to join a well-established company in Totton that specialise in providing equipment to the NHS and private clients.

The post of Customer Service Administrator has the responsibility of contributing to the efficient and effective operation of the Administration department and to support the Customer Service Admin Team Leader to ensure the clients receive a professionallevel of service and to deliver an exceptional Client experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing quotations and estimates, receiving prescriptions and requests for quotations received from both NHS clinics and private clients accurately inputting onto the management system.
- Processing requests for Purchase Orders using the prescriptions received and accurately recording the information on our management system.
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered professionally and courteously, and issues logged appropriately.
- Communicate with the Team Leader to ensure all orders/complaints where applicable are dealt with by the appropriate personnel.
- Managing inboxes
- Updating databases and systems as required including keeping customer records up to date and attaching new documentation.
- Responsible for helping in the Admin Office as required. You will or may be assigned to specific areas or tasks associated with the Team Leader either on a permanent or temporary basis. Flexibility is therefore required to ensure that the team remains effectiveand efficient and to manage and cover for other staff in their absence.
- Responsible for the daily efficient running of all administrative operational systems within the clerical area of the company.
This job description shall not limit your role, you will also be expected to carry out any other duties that your Team Leader feels are within your capabilities and skill set.

**Requirements**:

- A keen attention to detail.
- Calm and efficient under pressure.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written skills, able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.

This is a temp to perm role working Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00 with a half hour lunch break. Immediate start available
