National Sales Manager

Your responsibilities as National Sales Manager will include:
* Leading and developing a team of 10 sales professionals, both field and office-based
* Implementing and refining sales structures, processes, and personal development plans
* Coaching and mentoring the sales team to maximise performance
* Managing key account customers to maintain and grow revenue streams
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Requirements:
To be considered for the National Sales Manager role, you must have:
* Experience managing B2B sales teams with a proven track record of success
* A strong history of improving sales team performance
* A stable employment record, demonstrating commitment and reliability
* Experience selling technical products in a competitive market
* A full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
