Your newpany I'm seeking a confident and organised Customer Service Advisor to join a busy transport coordination team on a temporary basis for up to 3 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strongmunication skills and a proactive attitude to support a fast-paced office environment. Your new role You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for managed account clients, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smoothmunication between clients and drivers. You’ll also manage booking requests via Outlook inbox and support overflow calls from consumer clients during peak times. Answer iing calls and make outbound calls to manage client bookingsCoordinate and confirm transport arrangements for account clientsMonitor and respond to booking requests via Outlook inboxHandle overflow calls from consumer clients with professionalism and efficiencyMaintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to booking systemsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure service deliveryWhat you'll need to succeed Previous experience in customer service or call handlingStrong organisational and multitasking skillsConfidentmunicator with a friendly and professional mannerAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to start immediatelyWhat you'll get in return Fully office-based roleInitial 1–2 days of training in the Liverpool officeMain base in Birkenhead officeFree on-site parking availableMonday to Friday10:30am – 18:30pm
