We are currently recruiting for customer service advisors to join a large outsourcing company on one of their campaigns.
START DATE 2nd & 9th FEBRUARY**What you will be doing**:

- Billing questions/issues
- Adding services to plans
- Updating plans
- Signal issues
- Data issues

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible working attitude
- Customer service centred

**Hours: **40 hours a week between 8am - 8pm including weekend work**Pay: **£9.50 an hour paid weekly
**Contract: ** Ongoing temp
