**Customer Service Advisor**

**Birkenhead**

**£24,000 basic salary**

**Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm**

**Permanent**

A leading facilities maintenance company in Birkenhead are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the team. The purpose of the role will be to handle incoming correspondence from both customers and clients by responding professionally and efficiently. On offer is a basic salary of £24,000 working Monday to Friday during core office hours.
The duties of a Customer Service Advisor are:

- Act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues- Taking details of works/repairs/tasks that need to be completed on site- Assist in the planning of works around the UK- Ordering of materials and equipment for works (purchase and hire)- Issuing of PO numbers to suppliers and contractors- Allocating jobs on the CRM system- Keeping clients updated of works and timescales- Processing paperwork (H&S, permits etc)**Benefits**:
