Job Title: Office and Admissions Manager
Location: North London
Salary: Up to £41,000
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking for a diverse role in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking an Office and Admissions Manager to oversee key administrative functions, including admissions, HR, and finance, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of an education institution.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Manage office administration, including communication, databases, and visitor reception.
Oversee the admissions process, from enquiries to enrolments, building strong relationships with prospective families.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain staff records, including safeguarding requirements.
Support financial processes, including managing invoices, credit control, and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders to coordinate events and activities.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in office administration, ideally in an educational or similar setting.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using management systems such as iSAMS (or similar) and the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
