Job Title: Administration Assistant.

Basis: Full time Permanent Employed Role.

Location: Office Based in Milton Keynes MK14 6LS.

Target: Ideally candidates with a minimum of 12 months experience in office based environment/administration role

Rewards: Starting salary of £23,500, plus business performance related bonuses available, OTE £25K.

Role Progression: Opportunities to progress to join our Trainee Mortgage Advisor programme or Mortgage Academy subject to performance and application.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM. No weekends required.

Timeline: Immediate interview with a start date in August 2024, depending on current notice period.

Our Operations Department has a key role to play supporting our adviser teams in our delivery of our Lifetime service.

Main Purpose of Job:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, supporting the team in collating daily, weekly and monthly figures, to provide reports to various stakeholders, including the internal remortgage booking teams, the mortgage Salesforce and senior management in several areas of the business.
Engaging with customers over the phone to conduct service satisfaction calls and updating systems appropriately.
Responsible for monitoring and distributing departmental and portal inbound enquiries.
Delivery of work within time restricted deadlines, both individually and as part of the wider team.
Working with the team and manager, analysing performance trends/indicators/patterns.
Developing and maintaining close working relationships with the other departments and stakeholders.
Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

Good interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills,
You will be accurate, numerate and literate. A competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes.
Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining organisation and self-motivation.
Extremely well organised and able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines with high quality, accurately completed work. Benefits:
