Key responsibilities of a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

As a Behaviour Support TA you will provide tailored support to students and address challenging behaviour.
Implement and monitor individual support plans.
Work alongside the classroom teacher to create a positive working environment.
As a Behaviour support TA you will provide feedback to teachers and parents on the progress of support plans.What is in it for you?

Weekly pay between £425 and £475
Full time contract
Your own consultant
Refer a friend scheme (earn up to £125 for every person you refer to us).
January 2025 start

Experience working with challenging behaviours in Primary Schools.
Enhanced DBS (We can assist with the process)
Registration with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) - we are here to help with the process.
