**Job Summary:**

As an SEN Teaching Support Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling our ALN students to reach their full potential by offering one-on-one and small group support, helping them engage with the curriculum.

You will also be responsible for monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed, ensuring the pupil is kept safe and supported in an inclusive and stimulating environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To provide individualized support to students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
  • To help students develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills
  • To collaborate with teachers to ensure consistent support and communication
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN (not required but preferred)
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to adapt to various situations and student needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS registration and Right to work in the UK
