SEN Teaching Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who require Additional Learning Needs (ALN) support and be passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to children struggling with ALN, assisting them in understanding instructions and developing their social and emotional skills.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and SEN team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting is essential.
- Previous experience working 1:1 with children who require ALN support is highly desirable.
- An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) are required for this role.
