About the Role:
As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the project management team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. You will play a key role in helping to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in coordinating and managing project schedules, timelines, and resources.

* Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, schedules, and correspondence.

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

* Organize and attend project meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.

* Monitor project progress and provide administrative support to project managers.

* Ensure that project documentation is compliant with company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Experience in project administration or a similar role (ideal but not essential).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

* A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
