As an Administrative Assistant at Installs 247, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our office. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that our team has the necessary support to thrive. Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to all levels of staff, including executives. This may include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records, documents, and files. Assist with data entry and management of databases.
- Office Management: Help manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering supplies, organizing office events, and overseeing office maintenance.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, offering assistance, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Project Support: Assist in various projects and tasks as needed. This may include research, reporting, and preparing presentations.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize work, and adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional and courteous demeanour.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other office software
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Prior experience in data entry and maintaining office systems
