Job summary The Haldon, is a NHS Specialist Eating Disorder Unit based inExeter, Devon.
We provide an inpatient treatment programme to promotingrecovery from an Eating Disorders in a caring and compassionate environment.The ward is a 10 bedded unit for people requiring intensivetreatment to treat the physical aspects of an Eating Disorder alongside thepsychological maintaining factors.Your role as the Clinical Team Business Administrator on Haldonwould include leading and supervising the ward administration team.This post is offered at wte (15 hours per week) Main duties of the job Please refer to the full Job Description and Person specification attached to this advert which will provide further information on this role.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Business/professional qualification to degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience.
Managerial knowledge, project monitoring, supervisory, workload management, acquired through a degree, or equivalent training and substantial experience.
RSA 3 Word Processing or equivalent level of experience in practice.
GCSE English or equivalent Evidence of continuing professional and personal development Desirable ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) Shorthand or Speedwriting Experience Essential Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to change when required Experience of dealing with confidential and complex information Ability to take accurate formal and informal minutes Demonstrate excellent numeracy and literacy skills Experience of managing a team of administrators Experience of supporting high level meetings, including taking formal minutes, developing agendas and distributing papers and reports administrative setting Desirable Previous experience of working in a Healthcare or Social Care.
