Business Administration and Chiropractic Assistant

To provide Administration support to a growing Health Centre within Exeter. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in marketing, public relations, reception duties, diary management, stock taking, accounts, work alongside the Chiropractor and clinical skills.
The role is predominantly a front of house role/admin role with the following tasks;
- Greeting/meeting members
- Answering the phone
- Making appointments in a computer diary
- Taking payments
- File management
- Stock taking
- Writing letters
- Social Media
- Community Outreach
- Accounts/cashing up
- Cleaning, keeping reception area and desk tidy Marketing
- Going through rehabilitation exercises with patients
- Clinical notes writing
- Soft tissue therapy
- Kinesiology taping
- Observing X-rays
- Taking a health history
- Assessing
- Patient examination

Hours: 32.00 per week

Requirements and Prospects:
- Excellent, fluent English language skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Experience of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
- Friendly and approachable with a very outgoing personality
- Natural, strong communicator, enjoy face to face interaction with people
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Well presented Interested in healthy living and promoting healthy living Good listener and ability to follow directions
Future employment if applicable. Option to progress onto a Higher Level Apprenticeship if applicable also.

Level 3 City and Guilds Diploma for the Business Administrator
End point asessment
Additional Information:
Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C/4 and above including maths and English or equivalent.
