Elimini are developing a multi-billion,Bioenergy Carbon Capture & Storage (BECCS) which aims to deliver carbonremovals at megaton scale.

As the Programme Administrator, you'll play an integral inmaking sure that the day to day running of the programme is well-coordinated,documented and all information is organised and controlled.
This position is offered on a fixed termcontract to cover maternity leave.
The role can be based at either Drax PowerStation, Selby or our London office and we can also offer hybrid working.Aboutthe role Asthe Programme Administrator, your responsibilities shall include, but not belimited to:Developing and maintaining an Elimini calendar ensuring alignment between project & risk committee meetings and group-level meetings.Providing professional administrative and secretariat services for key meetings & committees, coordinating meeting agendas, attending agreed meetings, circulating minutes (as required) and the logging / follow-up of actions.Setting-up, maintaining, and administering the SharePoint and document storage site ensuring that there is a centralised location for documents with a suitable folder structure, there is a clear and consistent naming convention, access is well controlled, and version control is managed.Coordinating project governance and assurance activities such as supporting the co-ordination of project committees, preparing evidence packs / sign off documentation, supporting stage gate reviews, and recording key decisions.Supporting the handover of key documents and information from one team to another as projects progress through the development stages.About you Ideally, you'll have previous experienceworking within in a similar role.You'll have excellent administration skillswith working knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.With your excellent attention to detail andhigh professional standards, you'll demonstrate strong organisational skillswith experience of prioritising own workload in line with business requirementsand working to strict deadlines.Communication is key
You'll have excellentwritten and verbal communication skills as well as great drive and resilienceto see work through to successful conclusions/agreed objectives.You'll have a positive attitude with a fantasticability to evolve within a programme that is ever changing and adapting.Who are Elimini?
