We are looking for a passionate Sales Administrator to be responsible for all sales job duties, from customer relations to closing sales. Sales Administrator duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer queries and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Ultimately, the duties of a sales administrator are to achieve excellent customer service, while being able to keep on top of other duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer telephone calls
- Input customer orders onto our bespoke software
- Understand and process returns
- Produce delivery note and loading sheets for our drivers daily delivery routes
- Leaise with customers regarding orders, quality, sizes and account balances
- Visit customers fortnightly to build productive relationships & trust
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Be able to rotate on our flexi schedule, to start at 7am every three weeks for time in lieu
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Skills**
- Previous work experience in sales or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

**Salary**: £26,910.00 per year
