The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the senior management team, focusing on compliance programmes, training delivery and due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for managing the Regulation and Compliance SharePoint sites, maintaining and triaging the Drax Self-Service Portal (ServiceNow) and monitoring the Exiger Due Diligence System for red flag reporting.

  • Main Tasks:
  • Develop and implement effective record-keeping systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including private healthcare with Vitality, SAYE (Sharesave) scheme and a group personal pension plan where we pay up to 10%.
