Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pensions Administrator to join our team, working 15 hours a week from our Crabbs Cross head office on Thursdays and the remainder of the hours remotely from home.You will be responsible for ensuring all new pensions members and leavers are processed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and in line with NHS and private pension scheme rules as well as the Pensions Regulator.Interviews will take place on 11th and 12th December 2024 via Teams.
Main duties of the job Workingwithin a successful team you will deliver a consistent, efficient,timely and accurate service in the following areasNew pension members, and leavers, tobe processed in accordance with standard operating proceduresEnsure member contributions arescheduled for payment by set deadlinesPension administration to be carriedout to meet deadlines, as set by The Pensions RegulatorPlan,organise and manage your own workload to ensure that pension processes areachieved in a timely and accurate mannerComplete Year End updates for pensionmembersEnsure telephones aremanaged and answered in a timely manner and act as the point of contact forfinancial mattersTo work to deadlines and respond in aflexible way to the changing demands of the organisation, including ensuringthat customers are responded to promptly and professionally.To attend and participate in teammeetings, training courses, and appraisals punctually and well prepared, asappropriate and when required.Anyother duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role; be proactive, seekingwork from the Head of Finance when your own areas of responsibility havedissipated, remaining flexible to take on any tasks as requested.To complete tasks and objectives thatare outlined in your own personal objectivesFor the full job description, please see attached.
