Our aparthotel has 107 rooms and is well suited for long-term business travellers and leisure guests.
Spacious suites with full kitchens offer the comforts of the modern home, while employees provide service with a human touch to business and leisure travellers alike.

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
Main Responsibilities: Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests Assisting with all F&B activities The Person: The opportunities for development and career progression are endless but we need people who possess the following: Passion & Drive Reliability & Organised Eager to Learn
