About us: Delta Hotels are a 4* full service brand in the Marriott Portfolio. We are simple made perfect. Located just 2 miles from Edinburgh Airport and only 15 minutes from the city centre- we are all about giving a streamlined premium experience with rooms that work for our guest needs Working at Delta by Marriott means you are joining an experienced, knowledgeable and driven team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
  • Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times
  • Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
  • Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit
  • Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
  • Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
