About us: We are a first-class location in the heart of the city Our aparthotel has 107 rooms and is well suited for long-term business travellers and leisure guests. Spacious suites with full kitchens offer the comforts of the modern home, while employees provide service with a human touch to business and leisure travellers alike. The Role: Our jobs aren't just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
  • Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times
  • Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
  • Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit
  • Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
  • Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
  • Assisting with all F&B activities

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or working towards one
