Role Description This is a full-time National Key Account Manager role at More Than Safety LTD, situated in Southampton but with flexibility for some remote work.
The National Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive success in the role.
As a key account manager you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients.
The role will vary from day to day, from problem solving a client requirement to ad-hoc visits to inform and sell innovations into the business.
You will also be required to attend trade shows and road shows as an exhibitor.
The role is truly National with travel required to almost anywhere in the UK, although most of our business is based between around the major cities of London, Birmingham, Leeds & Manchester.
Qualifications Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed decisions Account Management: Experience in managing key client accounts effectively Business Planning: Proficiency in developing strategic business plans Customer Service: Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service Key Accounts: Management experience with key client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Previous experience in procurement or safety-related industries is advantageous We are looking for candidates with experience of account management and an ability to work at solutioning client problems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either Tools, PPE or Workwear, a good knowledge of hand tools would be advantageous.
Must be: Proficient in office software.
Able to report and track their own progress.
Able to present to clients.
Comprehensive package to include competitive salary, OTE commission etc.
