About the Position

We are seeking an experienced National Accounts Business Development Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing national accounts, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans that support customer vision and goals, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Maintain and update CRM database, tracking customer interactions and activity.
  • Close working with the project delivery team to ensure project deliverables meet/exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of commercial experience in a sales or management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale sales accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
