Job Description A leading managing agent with a reputation for delivering exceptional service is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support professional.
The successful candidate will assist a team of Facilities Managers in overseeing the daily operations of a varied property portfolio, ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to the Facilities Management team, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining up-to-date emergency contact lists.
Operational Coordination: Facilitate communication with contractors and tenants, schedule maintenance visits, and manage diaries for site inspections and meetings.
Compliance Support: Help the team ensure full statutory compliance across all managed properties.
Helpdesk Service: Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related queries, providing a responsive and effective helpdesk function.
Site Inspections: Conduct on-site visits for health and safety checks, meter readings, and other necessary inspections.
Record Management: Maintain accurate records, prepare meeting agendas, and document minutes as required.
Team Support: Provide coverage for the Facilities Management team during absences across various sites.
